Our Company

Built Around One Belief:
AI Should Serve People

Bodhi Code was founded to help Thai organisations move into the age of AI with clarity, confidence, and care — not speed for its own sake.

Our Story

A Company Built on Patience and Precision

Bodhi Code was established in Nonthaburi in 2018 by a team of technology consultants and adult learning specialists who shared a specific concern: that businesses in Thailand were being pushed toward AI adoption without the foundations needed to make it sustainable.

The name reflects the philosophy. "Bodhi" — a Sanskrit term associated with understanding and awakening — speaks to our belief that genuine capability comes from comprehension, not just implementation. "Code" acknowledges that we work with the tools of technology, but always in service of human goals.

Over the years, we have worked with organisations across manufacturing, financial services, retail, healthcare administration, and logistics — helping each find its own footing with AI rather than applying a standard template.

Our Mission

"To help organisations in Thailand build a genuine, lasting relationship with AI — one that strengthens their people, improves their processes, and holds up over time."

We prioritise understanding over speed

We build in responsibility from the start

We tailor every program to actual conditions

We measure success by what your team retains

"The most successful AI implementations we've seen are the ones where the team truly understood what they were adopting — and why."

Standards & Practices

How We Work

Our professional standards are embedded in every engagement, from the first consultation to the final deliverable.

Confidentiality & Data Protection

All client information is handled under strict non-disclosure agreements. We comply with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) across all engagements.

Documented Deliverables

Every engagement produces written outputs — training materials, assessment reports, and roadmap documents — reviewed and approved by both parties before finalisation.

Responsible AI Principles

Our training and advisory work is anchored in a responsible AI framework that addresses fairness, transparency, accountability, and human oversight — aligned with international standards.

Continuing Professional Development

Our consultants maintain active participation in AI research communities and professional development programs to ensure our guidance reflects current developments.

Quality Assurance Reviews

Each program includes structured feedback collection and a post-engagement review process. We use this input to refine our approach and confirm that outcomes were met.

Clear Engagement Terms

All project scopes, timelines, and deliverables are agreed in writing before work begins. We don't expand scope or billing without explicit client approval at every stage.

Expertise & Context

AI Adoption in Thailand: What We've Learned

The pace at which AI tools have entered business workflows has outrun most organisations' ability to evaluate them carefully. In Thailand, this gap is particularly visible in mid-sized businesses, where leadership teams are under competitive pressure to implement AI but lack dedicated technical staff or structured learning infrastructure.

Bodhi Code works specifically with this reality in mind. We are not a technology vendor — we do not sell software or infrastructure. Our role is to help organisations develop the knowledge and judgment needed to make sound decisions about AI tools, vendors, and processes on their own terms.

Our experience across sectors — from logistics firms in the Eastern Seaboard to service organisations in Greater Bangkok — has reinforced one consistent finding: the organisations that build internal AI literacy before committing to specific tools tend to implement more effectively, spend more wisely, and encounter fewer costly course-corrections later.

This is what drives every program we design. Whether your organisation is approaching AI for the first time or preparing a multi-year strategic plan, our work begins with a careful assessment of where you currently are — and proceeds at a pace your team can genuinely absorb.
